Belleville School District Athletic Hall of Fame
The Belleville High School Athletic Hall of Fame is held in reserve as Belleville High School?s highest athletic recognition. It seeks to honor alumni, coaches and friends of Belleville High School who have demonstrated exceptional personal achievement, distinctive contributions to the advancement of athletics and heartfelt dedication to Belleville High School. Nominations for posthumous awards will be considered. Descendants must approve any posthumous nominations.
Eligibility Requirements:
• The nominee is required to have graduated from Belleville High School 10 or more years ago.
• The nominee has been recognized for a high level of achievement in athletics or made distinctive contributions to the advancement of athletics.
Selection Process:
The Belleville School District Athletic Advisory Council will review the nominations and select the persons to be honored each year. Once nominated, a nominee will remain on the nomination list until the time he/she is chosen for induction by the selection committee. The selection committee will notify persons selected by the committee.
