Job Description Requirements:
1. Strong Technology/Stenography/Clerical Skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
2. Strong Interpersonal Skills.
3. Ability to communicate effectively.
4. Ability to take dictation, write clearly with grammatical correctness.
5. Maintain confidentiality regarding daily office procedures.
6. Communicate and work closely with the Superintendent of Schools.
7. Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flow.
8. Perform all secretarial functions including scheduling of appointments, arranging
and preparing for meetings, telephone contacts, correspondence, etc.
9. Knowledge of the development and revision of curriculum guides.
10. Previous experience/general knowledge of the operations of a school district.
