Montclair Child Development Center (Head Start)
The Belleville Beginner PreK program collaborates with Montclair Child Development Center(MCDC) hosting a Head Start classroom within the Hornblower Early Childhood Center (HECC) in Belleville, New Jersey. Their centers are located in Montclair, Glen Ridge and Orange, NJ. MCDC represents more than four decades of successful service delivery and advocacy on behalf of the most vulnerable members of our targeted communities: Belleville, Bloomfield, Montclair, Orange, and West Orange.
