Tiers of Support

The Belleville Public School District's RtI model is constructed of three tiers. The intensity of the interventions utilized increases from Tier to Tier. Furthermore, all three tiers are fluid. Students move between the tiers based on their response to the interventions.  Progress monitoring data allows us to determine if a student can move from tier to tier.
