Mr. Flynn has been employed by the Belleville School District since 2001. He first served as a School Counselor at the Belleville Middle School, and most recently, for the past 10 years, has held the same position at Belleville High School. In addition to his responsibilities as a school counselor, he serves as an advisor for the Peers Educating Peers Club.

Prior to joining the Belleville School District, Mr. Flynn was employed by Wayne General Hospital for 14 years as a Senior Clinician in their Outpatient Mental Health Department. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Counseling as well as a Master's of Education Degree in Counseling from Springfield College.

It is Mr. Flynn's belief that every student has the opportunity to earn greatness and that a collaberative effort between the student, parents and staff, is essential in assisting each student to reach their fullest potential. He strongly encourages his students, along with their parents, to maintain an open dialogue with school personnel so as to ensure that their 4 years of high school prepare them for post-secondary success.
